    If your order is missing, it is most likely due to your email client’s spam filter system. In short, they may be blocking HTML emails. To solve this, we can resend your order if you let us know here

    If your order is missing, it could also be due to a misspelling of your email on the order form. Also, email clients tend to block HTML emails, so please check your SPAM and promotions tabs for missing emails. If you use email stacking, please be sure to check email stacks to reveal the downloads

    Also, Gmail and Yahoo email clients have changed their spam firewalls and filters, so they may have deleted your mail. Please be patient as we resend your order.
